We hired Jerry Tomic 4 years ago to do a costly complete renovation of our 1978 California modern dwelling. We are seasoned home owners and have done ii prior big domicile remodel projects, so nosotros speak from experience. We at present have some retrospect to keep others from making the same mistake we did. Jerry was personally very responsive and available to come onsite whenever a problem arose. Unfortunately, there were many problems we had to deal with throughout the vi calendar month project, most of which pertained to a nether-performing sub-contracting squad. Here is our listing: (1) The biggest grievance is that the exterior pigment job by his crew had to be totally re-washed after four years. The paint began to chip off after the kickoff wintertime and the existing woods siding was not prepped properly. (2) The plumber was sloppy and careless. Nosotros had our tub installed with the plastic coating nonetheless left on the Silestone tiptop. The water pressure and the shower faucet heads were totally installed wrong and did non work

I had been wanting to remodel my kitchen for virtually xx years (since I moved in! - see earlier pics to fully sympathise) but wasn't exactly sure how I wanted it washed - so never pulled the trigger. I finally decided information technology had to happen and started to meet with design firms. From the first moment I stepped into Top Drawer (without an appointment) Rayon greeted me with such warmth, enthusiasm and excitement for my project - he had me won over. (I also loved the idea of using a local company in my home town of New Rochelle) It did non take long for him to set up ii options - presented beautifully - on large screens with lifelike images (non but blueprints which are hard to visualize). He had taken my must haves and put in elements (such as the art nook wall) I never would take thought of. We hired Top Drawer to practise the consummate project and were very happy we did. Although construction happened over the very difficult winter - the team was there every mean solar day, and worked total days to get the project completed on schedule. The sub-contractors were professional person, knowledgeable and well coordinated by Rayon. I couldn't accept been happier with Dennis, who atomic number 82 the construction project - incredibly overnice and extrememly talented every bit well. They kept my dwelling as make clean as could be expected through construction - and were prompt in returning for final tweeks when the projection was completed. This by winter I decided to remodel my kitchen and was referred to Superlative Drawer by my contractor, it was a kickoff for the both of us. James came to my house to get over the design with me and my hubby and he was great, he spent a few hours measuring everything, a week later I met with him at his office and I felt like I was on HGTV. It was amazing with what he did with my kitchen, he presented me with an outstanding ability point presentation and we went over several blue prints for each department of my kitchen. My contractors had to call him a few times and he was ever available to speak with them, he fifty-fifty came over one cold winter dark to become over something with them. I must say the staff at Summit Drawer was very helpful, even after they were paid unlike almost companies. My kitchen is finally done and it looks like it belongs in a magazine, thanks to James. I would highly recommend Elevation Drawer.

After our first coming together with James, my married man and I knew that he was the i nosotros wanted to design our kitchen. His free energy, knowledge, skill, and creativity was exactly what nosotros were hoping for. While we had some thought of the overall await and blueprint for our kitchen at that place were certain things that we were unsure of or had non idea of at all. For instance, we knew we wanted a peninsula, but James transformed the shape and overall use of the peninsula for us. He guided the states and offered his insights but never dissuaded us from making our ain decisions. We trusted him and he came through on all aspects of this huge habitation improvement. James drew up several plans for us and and then worked with us to combine 2 of them to create a whole new plan. Nosotros were thrilled that he was able to oversee this remodeling from first to finish. He was available 24/7 and worked with the states to find our backsplash, appliances and more. If something wasn't correct, James made sure to let us know and did what was needed to prepare it. In addition, James helped us to add together finishing touches that extended past the space of our kitchen. These touches included crown molding in our entry fashion and dining room. We are incredibly pleased with both James, the projection manager, Roberto, and their team of workers.

the job we had washed is the worst job i have ever seen /work is incomplete /the oven cant become dorsum far enough the cabinet is to pocket-size /corner moldings are not perfect cuts /two cabinets were damaged /island was installed at incorrect height had to have quarter inch plywood put on so granite would be flush with stove top

My Interior Designer Ellen Sender found Elevation Drawer and took me there. That day was a Blessed one for me. Ryan James was assigned to united states. During our coming together I said to my self this is the right guy. He was then detailed. Ryan knows his piece of work. Very honest and professional person. The installers are great to work with likewise. My closets and cabinets are so outstanding. Could not have asked for a improve job. Cheers Ryan for my dream closets.

I finally plant a visitor who believes in truth, honesty and reliability...If I could give 10 stars I would. When James get-go came to our home to review our kitchen remodel (Home Depot's plans) his eyes opened wide and his grin was obvious...inside a week he presented u.s.a. with the about unbelievable makeover we could imagine. That was the beginning of a 3 month relationship that has been enjoyable and way across our expectations...from the sabotage to the construction to the finish..remarkable doesn't describe information technology. Never disappointed us with what was promised and when. The team James put together was only as impressive. The project manager Roberto is a genius, the electricians were perfectionists, the plumber and sheet rock guys were amazing... Long story short, our lives have been transformed by James and his team.

My Dream Kitchen Renovation I usually don't reviews, simply wanted to share this with yous! It'south like a fairy tale dream with happy ending… It took united states over two years to finally agree on a design for our kitchen. Hesitant to go with any design or designer, we never got that AWE effect from any designer nosotros worked with. We had several designers draw out plans for us. However, in that location was no warm & fuzzy feeling. Exhausted from thinking about our dream kitchen, designers and contractors, nosotros nearly gave up and wanted to rethink our investment. Our home is a Tudor congenital during the roaring 20'south and the kitchen had never been renovated. It appeared like a dark box, gloomy, small-scale and dysfunctional… With 4 children, we wanted flow; we wanted a kitchen island and wouldn't settle without these components. We were told by every other designer that the kitchen was too minor; we couldn't practice this and couldn't do that, blah blah blah… A friend recommended that nosotros speak with this designer Rayan James, and we didn't call back anything of it at the time, just some other appointment with another designer. WOW, were we wrong! Information technology was non until we saw the renderings from Rayan James that nosotros were ready to move frontward! I'grand getting the same chills writing this sentence but like the day when we saw our kitchen design by Rayan James on the big screen!! That AWE effect was right in front of the states! Rayan listened to our ideas and was the Simply I to create the most functional, useful and most beautiful design. He was able to maximize the space nosotros had, with a layout that flowed for our entire family, he gave us what nosotros wanted and didn't compromise on any petty detail, he fulfilled all of our needs & wants. Rayan'southward design was spot on! The kitchen feels and looks much larger now. Rayan was able, non only to fit the island into the design, but he custom designed it for united states! He was able to custom design a pub table acme at one terminate as our eating surface area, he gave u.s. a 2d dishwasher, a sink and vino cooler! Rayan was able to go with the menstruation and easily resolve any problems we came across. We couldn't believe it! At the time he had as well designed a space for a wall oven that we didn't think we had room for. To our surprise, during demolition, nosotros discovered an quondam maids staircase that was boxed out where the wall oven was to go. Another quick fix, Rayan was able to find another creative space for the oven giving the states everything we originally wanted… Incredible! Admittedly Incredible! We would highly recommend Rayan for any renovation project. He has a keen eye for design and space. He was e'er professional person and gave us a kitchen beyond our imagination!! Thank you lot Rayan! My husband and I started our kitchen/dinette expansion and remodeling back in May and the project is finally complete. We are admittedly thrilled with the beauty, functionality and the final results of our new kitchen. We are so thankful that we selected Rayan James from Tom Drawer in New Rochelle, New York equally our kitchen designer. James met with the states to initially understand what nosotros wanted in our new infinite and immediately took our architect plans and produced several layout options for us to select from. After several meetings, James refined a layout that was transformed into the kitchen of my dreams. The transitional custom kitchen is not merely admittedly cute only functional and totally exceeded my expectation. James is very precise, responsive and very professional. James came over to our abode several times to ensure that the measurements were verbal and that there were no bug with the layout. He assisted u.s.a. with the selection of cabinetry, hardware and answered many questions and texts timely, even when he was on vacation. James is precise, meticulous and very dedicated to the project that he is working on. The quality of his work is superior and he has an astonishing eye for particular and blueprint. James designed a beautiful new kitchen for our home. He is a true professional and nosotros really appreciated that he told the states upward front all the unlike aspects of the projection we would need to consider and address throughout - no surprises, just many years of experience. He actually analyzed the space we had, made excellent recommendations, stayed within our upkeep, and was very responsive and attainable throughout the whole projection. Likewise, the materials he used for our project were both high quality and competitively priced! His squad was extremely professional and competent - nosotros couldn't be happier with the work that they did.
